WhatsThatPornindexes metadata about adult scenes: titles, performers, studios, release dates, and thumbnails or preview clips served from the studios’ own servers. We host no video files.Where an image or clip appears here, it is loaded directly from the rights holder’s infrastructure.

We nonetheless remove indexed material promptly on a valid notice, and we terminate repeat infringers.

Designated agent

Send notices to [email protected]. This address is the designated agent for receiving claims of copyright infringement.

What a valid notice must contain

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), your notice must include all of the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the owner, or a person authorised to act for them.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
The exact URL on this site of the material you want removed. A studio name or a search result page is not enough for us to act on.
Your address, telephone number and email address.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

What we do with it

Valid notices are actioned within 48 hours. We remove or disable the identified material and record the notice. Because our copy is metadata rather than the file itself, removal here does not remove the underlying content, which remains with whoever hosts it.

Counter-notice

If material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake or misidentification, your contact details, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Repeat infringers

Accounts and submissions from users who repeatedly post infringing material are removed, and the sources are excluded from future ingestion.

Misuse

Under 17 U.S.C. 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing carries liability for damages. We keep every notice we receive.
