Miu Akino

Miu Akino (秋野 美う) moved to Tokyo for university, found that living alone cost far more than she expected, and came across Tenshigao's website. Her part-time restaurant job, four days a week, simply doesn't pay enough, so she decided to try something bolder. She cooks for herself (meat stew is her best dish) and always has a book on her; on shoot day it was a romance novel. Weekends are slow and cozy: music, movies, reading. "I like being chill," she says. She hasn't had a boyfriend since starting university, and for the right man looks come second to someone fun she gets along with. She describes herself as sensitive pretty much everywhere, and the quiet reader turned out to want more than her script: after the first scene wrapped she told the crew, "I still want some."
