Allison Sandoval was one of the top stars during what has been called the "Golden Age" of porn. She used the pseudonym Brooke Fields when she entered the adult-film industry and she also used the names Blair Castle, Alison James, Blaire Castel, Blaire Castle. She was noted for her long, curly brown hair, flawless complexion, impressive looks and slender body, and capitalized on her strong resemblance to actress Brooke Shields by changing her name to Brooke Fields (even spoofing the actress in several of her films). Although a relative newcomer, she managed to outshine porn veteran Vanessa del Rio in Maid in Manhattan (1984), and went on to become one of the most popular stars in the business before marrying a wealthy business executive and retiring.
