Terms of Use
Last updated 3 August 2026
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is greater. By using WhatsThatPorn you confirm that you are, that adult material is lawful where you are, and that you are accessing it by choice.
2. What this site is
WhatsThatPorn is a search index for adult scenes. It stores titles, performers, studios, release dates and links. We host no video.Thumbnails and preview clips are served from the studios’ own infrastructure. Every scene links out to the studio that owns it, and some of those links earn us an affiliate commission at no cost to you.
3. Accuracy
Metadata comes from third-party sources and studio feeds. It is often wrong in small ways and occasionally wrong in large ones. It is provided as is, with no warranty of accuracy or completeness.
4. What you post
Comments and Identify submissions are public and anonymous. You keep ownership of what you write; you grant us a licence to display it here. Do not post:
- anything depicting a minor, real or simulated;
- non-consensual material, or intimate imagery shared without consent;
- content you have no right to share;
- personal information about anyone, including performers;
- spam, malware or advertising.
We remove anything at our discretion and without notice, and we report illegal content to the relevant authorities.
5. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, circumvent rate limits, or republish the index wholesale. Ordinary use, ordinary crawling and linking are all welcome.
6. Outbound links
We do not control the studios we link to and are not responsible for their content, their terms, their pricing, or their handling of your data.
7. No warranty, limited liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.
8. Changes
These terms may change. The date above records the last substantive revision, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
