About this scene

Tyrannized fans: prepare for one of the most intense updates we've ever done, as we take you back to the HELL CLINIC for some truly traumatizing femdom action. Today, Nurse Tania Marcel gives her patient Carlos a check up he'll never forget. Once she releases him from the body bag he's in she proceeds to tie him up for safe keeping. For good measure she's even tied up his cock and balls real tight, so tight in fact that you can see every vein practically busting from his nutsack. She then greases up and tried to work her fingers into his virgin asshole, which is clenched tight in sheer terror of the impending penetration. She works it open with her fingers then slips in a long set of anal beads all the way in then makes him push them back out. Then she grabs a thick dildo to open him even wider, which she pushes all the way in while he squeals, much to the naughty Nurse's delight...Better you get inside and see for yourself...if you think you can take it.

Tyrannized skips the plot and serves up the sex. Heavy on ass worship, mature (30+) and anal fisting, light on everything else.
